Which boardrooms can I rent?
There are four rooms for small groups. Het Nest is for 8 people. The Penthouse is for 10 people and has its own terrace. Boardroom Leusderheide and Boardroom Soesterduinen are each for 12 people.
Can I rent a boardroom by the hour?
You can rent Het Nest by the hour. You rent the Penthouse and the boardrooms per half day.
What is Het Nest suitable for?
Het Nest is a flexible space for 8 people, which you rent by the hour. It is ideal for a short meeting, a job interview or a video call, if you do not need a whole half day.
What facilities are available in the boardrooms?
Each room has a screen, free Wi-Fi, daylight and blackout. On request we can arrange a flip chart with paper and markers, a projector with projection screen and a lectern.
Can I order coffee and lunch?
Yes. Coffee, tea and soft drinks are part of your meeting, and you can have lunch or dinner arranged for your group. With a meeting package you can arrange everything in one go.
Is parking free?
Yes, parking is free for meeting guests. There are 12 Tesla Superchargers and 16 AC charging stations. The hotel is located directly on the A28 at exit 7 (Leusden).
