Which room is suitable for a retreat day with a small team?
For 8 to 12 people, choose one of the boardrooms or the Penthouse, which has its own terrace. You rent these per half day. If your team is larger, there are rooms with daylight for groups of up to 39 people in U-shape.
Can we split into subgroups?
Yes. You can rent several rooms at the same time so your team can continue working in small groups and then come together again.
Can we stay overnight?
Yes. The hotel has 172 rooms, so your entire team sleeps under one roof. The next morning you continue after breakfast.
How accessible is the hotel and can I park for free?
The hotel is located directly on the A28 at exit 7 (Leusden), a 25-minute drive from Utrecht and 10 minutes from the center of Amersfoort. Parking is free for meeting guests, and there are 12 Tesla Superchargers and 16 AC charging stations.
