The atmospheric restaurant of Van der Valk Hotel Leusden-Amersfoort is the ideal place to end your day with a delicious dinner. After an extensive 3-course dinner or a tasty main course, you can walk down the hallway and be right in your room. Of course, it is also possible to dine with us even if you are not staying overnight. Our menu offers a unique combination of traditional Valk classics and seasonal specialties. Additionally, there are also various vegetarian dishes on the menu.

Our dinner menu has been carefully put together and focuses on offering sustainable yet delicious dishes. Therefore, the menu includes a variety of dishes. From authentic Valk classics that are indispensable to the menu to dishes with international influences. Additionally, the menu also includes various vegetarian dishes.

To start the dinner off right, you can choose from one of our delicious, warm soups, fresh salads, or other starters and Valk classics. Our main courses consist of a variety of fish, meat, and vegetarian specialties. And to top it off, you can enjoy one of our delicious desserts.

Our restaurant is open from 4:30 pm to 9:00 pm on Sunday to Wednesday, and from 4:30 pm to 10:00 pm on Thursday to Saturday.
