How to set up your training room

Accessible

Every training is different. With our many years of experience, we are happy to think along with you about the layout that suits your group and your programme. Customisation is always possible.

  • U-shape: 15 to 24 people per room

  • Theatre layout: 20 to 50 people per room

  • Dinner setup: 30 to 49 people per room

  • Carré: 20 to 44 people per room

For how many participants can I rent a training room?

For small groups there are boardrooms for 8 to 12 people. A U-shape training can have up to 39 participants, theatre style up to 220. In the table above you can see how many people fit in each room.

Can I rent a room per hour or per part of the day?

You rent the Nest per hour, the Penthouse and the boardrooms per part of the day. For the other rooms we provide a tailor-made quote.

What equipment is available in the training rooms?

All training rooms have a screen, free wifi, daylight and blackout. You can rent an extra speaker with microphone. If you need more technology, we will arrange that via our AV partner.

Can I have several groups working at the same time?

Yes. You can rent several rooms at once for parallel sessions or workshops in small groups.

Is parking free?

Yes, parking is free for meeting and training guests. There are 12 Tesla Superchargers and 16 AC charging stations. If the car park is full, participants can park elsewhere on the business park, for example at the CBR.

Can participants stay overnight?

Yes. The hotel has 172 rooms, convenient for multi-day training.

How quickly will I receive a quote?
